The Expert program training is free of charge, but we appreciate it’s not without cost to you, the business owner. Investing in Expert status will help recuperate the investment with increased services and improved retail sales. The Expert program can be built into your training program or agreement and is a great way to motivate staff and promote longevity.
here's how the expert program works:
Beginning with our foundational classes, Dermalogica DNA (Discover. Navigate. Achieve.) you will learn about our retail line, professional products, targeted systems, and our signature facemapping. Once completed, you are Dermalogica Certified. This is the first tier.
After this, our calendar opens to you completely, so you may book in as your availability allows you to join us. Everything in the Specialist & Expert Tier is available, you do not need to take it in any particular order! Once you have completed the other 9 classes in the pathway, you are eligible to take your Expert Assessment! This is a practical assessment, where you will perform a customized ProSkin 60 treatment based on your model’s needs for one of our instructors. This can be done either at one of our Training Centres, where we will provide everything you need (Just bring your model!) or we can also accommodate this online via Livestreaming (You will need access to product, as well as a working camera and microphone)

For those who are nervous about their Assessment, we offer our Expert Prep workshop. This is run like a mock assessment, and will require a model (if livestreaming, you will also need product, and a working camera and mic). This is a chance for you to perform the ProSkin 60 under the eye of an instructor, who will be able to give you feedback and tips, so when you register for your Assessment you are feeling confident.

renew your expert status
As a Dermalogica Expert, it's important to keep your knowledge and skills up to date. Renew your Expert status each subsequent year by completing ANY four workshops of your choice between January and December.
It's important to note that only workshops listed on the "Book a Workshop" calendar will count towards maintaining your Expert status.
